A second haunted venue to check out is Bukelewfarm's Terror in the Corn. Wander through their haunted cornfield, and indulge in some local brews and tasty treats from local Tucson restaurants. Phoenix residents can embrace the fear at AZ Field of Screams or Fear Farm Haunted House, located in Phoenix .
Extra-spooktacular Activities. Looking for something a little more out of the box? Take part in the 5K Zombie Mud Run on October 19th, and bring the kids to take part in the one-mile-long fun-run. If you're looking to make some art, the Sonoran Glass School is hosting Pumpkin Fest on October 5th and 6th. The Make Your Own Pumpkin Experience lets guests mix color and design elements to concoct their very own glass pumpkin. Howl-O-Ween at the Phoenix Zoo has activities for the whole family whether you're looking for something merry or scary. Finally, Downtown Phoenix's Crawloween Pub Crawl gives grown-ups an excuse to wear their favorite and spooky costume.
Curating your Costume. While it's convenient to stop into pop-up Halloween shops, such as Halloween City or Spirit Halloween, try something a little more unique - Tucson has some great options. First, Gaslight Costumes Shoppe has both unique costumes for rent and for sale to make you stand out from the crowd. Strolling along 4th Avenue and stopping in various thrift shops is not only easy on the budget but allows you to unleash your creativity.
